It’s now common to get tired or stressed in this way too fast life. You get up early morning, take a nice breakfast and a nice warm bath if you have enough time and you arrive at your work as fresh as you can be.
But by the time you get back to your home, you become as tired as a leopard chasing a deer faster than him. You’re still a leopard, but a tired one and it won’t do any good to you or your family.
Things look much more difficult when you have kids around you. They are definitely more energetic than you because yours as well as your kids stress levels are way too different.
I am not going to compare who does greater work, because some day, they’re going to work just as hard as you’re doing right now.
So, what I was saying is that, you become too tired to play with them or make them feel that you’re there with them.
So I think that you need to expand your stress levels, so that you don’t lose your batteries after you get back home. Massaging your body is a great way to reduce your stress and expand your stress levels.
You must be thinking that now I am going to talk about expensive massage methods or rare massage oils, then I am certainly not!
That’s right, as a matter of fact, why would I recommend you something that I myself don’t use. I don’t go to massage centers or buy expensive oils or creams or anything like that.
Because, if there is something that I can do by myself then why would I approach someone else? So here’s the main point, you can have a very relaxing massage by yourself and you can also involve your kids in this fun activity.
All you need is a little creativity and some persuading abilities that can convince your kids that what they are going to do is fun! Here’s what I tell them to do. ‘I tell them to punch me with all they have got on my back’.
Sounds funny, no? Well it sure is fun for them. But I do take care about not calling big boys or I’ll get a hell lot of beating rather than a relaxing massage.
Since back is the only part that’s unreachable, I do play one or two tricks with the kids. I want them to have some fun as well as a relaxing massage for my back. However, I can massage all other parts of my body myself.
This includes, my back, leg (joints as well), wrists, elbows, shoulders, ankles etc. It takes only 2 minutes for each one of them and regular oil (you can buy dedicated massage oil if you like).
You already know about how massage can help your bones stay strong for a long time and you’ll get sprain related issues less often. You just need to try and ‘Massage’ and 'Relax'.

I never tried massage before,but really want to.I'm not having any kids around so is there is any way for me to get a good massage in this case.
