GTA 5 Pre - Review

Hi there my good friends. Here is my little review about GTA 5 after watching the trailer. I am taken aback by the awesomeness and want to share it with you. So, here are my few bits:

  • GTA 5 release date is set in 2012. This was probably the most important fact that you wanted to know, right?
  • This game takes graphical elements of Grand Theft Auto franchise to a whole new level.
  • I was watching the trailer and got the same chills that I had when I saw GTA San Andreas for the first time after playing GTA Vice City.
  • The story is a lot different than other prequels and finally gamers/critics, who were complaining that Niko Bellic was more like a hired gun than a gangster, can get excited on the new plot where we see our man as a businessman with a typical attitude.

GTA 5 is Round The Corner!

  • When you watch the trailer, you learn that we just moved into Los Santos via Los Puerta Freeway, which also heads for Downtown Little Seoul. I guess that GTA 5 isn’t going to be just a retouched San Andreas after all.
  • There are plenty of elements in the trailer to set you in a good mood and wait for the game desperately.
  • There is golf (for one thing) to play and enjoy and I sure that gamers are going to love it. The grass and trees look amazing and the shadows do not flicker even a bit (at least in the video).
  • The water looks quite interesting and I bet there are going to be fast jet skis this time than some boring motor boats.
  • The mountains and rocks (among other things) look very real and they never looked so great with previous installments of GTA.
  • People were actually interacting with their environment better than they did in GTA IV, means, AIs are better in GTA 5 to notice the turbulence in the environment they live in.
  • Cars in GTA 5 look seriously, insanely awesome and there is no word to describe the feeling when I saw our guy driving down the road in a Feltzer (I guess).
  • The cars are sporty, sexy and fast (very fast indeed) and they actually have the hot buzz going around them.
  • When I saw them, I could not help myself from comparing them with the likes of GT 5, NFS Shift 2 Unleashed, Dirt 3, Forza Motorsport etc. To summarize, the cars look very real like cars in these racing games.
  • Finally, I won’t have to be envious of these racing games to have such great cars.
  • I hope that this time the driving would be better than GTA IV. The damage physics in GTA 5 is still not clear, however, I saw lots of explosions going on and debris falling all over the place.
  • As the planes were distributing some powder in the field, I could see the smoothness in the powder and clarity in the leaves of the field and guess what, it was only a 720-p video.
  • We are going to play this game on a great high-end gaming desktop (my preference anyway) with some serious components and now imagine how it is going to look on a 45-inch 3D-TV with everything set to maximum. If you couldn’t sigh at the moment, then I guess you didn’t imagine it correctly!
  • The characters in GTA 5 will become clear by the 1st quarter of 2012 and then we will have some concrete information of the plot as well.
  • This game is definitely the most anticipated Grand Theft Auto game ever.

It is time to wrap this little review because I don’t have anything else to say right now. The game looks and feels awesome and I guess I should start saving some cold hard cash for the right time. I don’t want to feel left out just because of a mid-stream gaming desktop. Till next time friends, have fun playing GTA IV for now.

Thanks Khal Blogo. I hope that GTA 5 is as good as I am thinking it would be! :) Btw, if you don't mind telling me, what do you think the main problem was with flickering leaves in GTA IV?

I get what you are saying Khal Blogo and I have to say that I did that on purpose.

Here is the thing, i know that there is no such thing as Pre-review. I have posted this hub in order to make it time independent. You can see in the url and it reads "gta 5 review", so when the time comes, I'll rename the title to "GTA 5 Review".

Do you see now? It is not a mistake, it is a trick or something! But thanks for noticing and commenting. At least now I know that people are interested in this hub. :)

Dude, i think you made a mistake with your hub's title. There's no such thing as a pre-review. I think you meant to say "preview".
